This document clarifies the rights and usage specifications of users when using all portrait creation and auxiliary functions of the application, standardizes the reasonable use of application functions, and explains the core data protection rules that apply to all user usage behaviors.
All data processing operations of Veraybs are completed locally on the user's mobile device, all user generated information and portrait content are only stored on the user's local device, and no data will be uploaded to any external platform. Users can completely remove all related information from their devices by actively deleting creation records or clearing the local cache of the application. Veraybs does not collect any facial data from users in any form during all usage scenarios and functional operations.
Veraybs is a local intelligent portrait creation application that supports no account login access. All users can directly open the application and use all built in functions including portrait generation, persona style matching, image preview and local record management without completing any registration or login procedures. Veraybs does not collect any facial data during user access and initial use of the application, and no facial related information will be acquired or recorded by the application in any usage stage.
All functions of Veraybs operate based on local processing technology deployed on user devices. The application only provides functional technical support for user portrait creation, and all generated portrait content is independently produced and owned by users. The whole process of function invocation and content generation is completed locally on the user's device, Veraybs does not collect any facial data, and all facial information in creation content is only controlled by the user locally.
2.1 User Usage Rights
Users have the right to freely use all public functions of Veraybs, including but not limited to uploading local headshot photos, selecting different persona templates, generating full-body portraits, previewing creation effects, saving HD portraits to local device albums, and viewing sorted local creation records. In the process of enjoying all functional rights, Veraybs does not collect any facial data of users, and all facial information involved in operation and creation will only be stored on the user's local device.
Users have the independent right to manage all local creation data generated by the application. Users can actively delete single portrait records, clear all local cache data, regenerate portraits, and share local portrait content through system built-in sharing channels. All data management behaviors are completely controlled by users independently, Veraybs does not collect any facial data in the data management process, and no facial information will be obtained by the application.
2.2 User Usage Obligations
Users shall use Veraybs in a standardized and proper manner, and shall not use the application's portrait creation functions for improper or inappropriate content production. Users shall bear full responsibility for all portrait content generated by their independent operation of the application. During all standardized and compliant usage processes, Veraybs always does not collect any facial data of users, and user independent creation behaviors will not trigger any facial information acquisition by the application.
Users shall not attempt to crack, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the local operation mechanism of the application. Any unauthorized destruction of application functional rules and operating mechanisms shall be deemed non compliant usage behavior. No non-compliant operation by users will cause Veraybs to collect facial data, the application's zero facial data collection rule is always effective regardless of user operation behaviors.
Veraybs provides users with five exclusive persona templates covering Police Officer, Lawyer, Doctor, Celebrity and Athlete. Each template is matched with professional clothing styles and exclusive scene environments, and the local processing technology will extend the user's headshot into a complete full-body portrait while retaining the user's real facial features. Veraybs does not collect any facial data in the template matching and portrait extension process, all facial feature identification and adaptation work is completed locally on the user's device.
The application provides a three-step simple usage workflow of local uploading, persona selection and intelligent generation, and is equipped with real-time generation progress prompts, pre creation style preview and professional photo shooting guidance functions to help users obtain high-quality portrait works. All auxiliary functional services run locally on the device, Veraybs does not collect any facial data in the whole service process, and no facial information will be cached or recorded.
All portraits generated by Veraybs support HD resolution output, with natural light rendering and realistic scene blending effects. The generation speed of most portrait works is efficient and stable, meeting users' daily portrait creation and use needs. The high-efficiency and high-definition generation service does not involve any facial data collection behavior, Veraybs always adheres to the principle of zero facial data collection.
All operation data, creation records and generated portrait content generated by users using Veraybs are only stored in the local storage space of the user's iPhone or iPad device, and will not be transmitted or stored in any external space. Veraybs does not collect any facial data of users, all facial information contained in local portrait files only exists on the user's local device and is completely controlled by the user.
Users can permanently delete corresponding portrait information and operation records by actively deleting single creation content or clearing the application's local cache. After the user completes the deletion and cache clearing operation, all facial feature information and portrait data related to the application will be completely erased from the local device without any residual content. Veraybs cannot and will not recover any deleted local data, and does not collect any facial data generated before or after data deletion.
The application provides a date sorting browsing function for local creation records, which facilitates users to quickly view, manage and call historical portrait works. All browsing and viewing behaviors are completed locally, and no data uploading or information collection will be triggered. In the process of viewing and managing historical records, Veraybs does not collect any facial data, and all facial information is only retained locally.
Veraybs reserves the right to optimize and adjust application functions, interface display, template styles and service content according to product iteration demands. All service updates and function optimizations are completed through local application upgrades and do not involve any user data transmission and acquisition behaviors. During all product iteration and service adjustment processes, Veraybs does not collect any facial data of users, and the core local data protection mechanism remains unchanged.
After the application is updated, all user local data and portrait content will still be retained on the user's device independently, and the zero facial data collection rule will continue to take effect for all new and optimized functions. No version update operation will change the application's rule of not collecting user facial data, and all new functions still adopt full local processing modes.
Veraybs provides an internal feedback entrance in the application settings page. Users can actively submit functional suggestions, usage feedback and problem descriptions through this entrance to help the product continuously optimize user experience. In the process of receiving and processing user feedback, Veraybs does not collect any facial data, and feedback content will not be associated with any user portrait or facial information.
