This Subscription Agreement applies to all users who choose to subscribe to Veraybs's premium features. By purchasing or activating a Premium Subscription, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Veraybs does not require any account registration or login to use its basic features, and the same applies to the Premium Subscription. You can activate and use your Subscription without providing any personal information. This Agreement explains the details of the Premium Subscription, how it works, and the usage specifications between you and the application, with a core focus on providing privacy-protective, local-based and pleasant portrait creation experience.
All subscription service experience, functional unlocking and portrait generation processes of Veraybs are completed based on local device operation. All user subscription related operation records and generated portrait content are only stored on the user's local device. Users can completely erase relevant local data by actively deleting records or clearing local cache. Veraybs does not collect any facial data of users in any subscription service link, and all facial information involved in premium function use is only kept locally on the user's device without any external acquisition or storage.
Veraybs launches exclusive Premium Subscription services to enrich users' local portrait creation experience and unlock advanced functional privileges. We do not collect any facial information, even for users with a Premium Subscription. When you use premium full-body portrait generation features or any other advanced premium functions, we still do not extract, store, or process any facial data, facial features, or biometric information related to your face.
Your uploaded headshot and half-body photos are only used temporarily within the local device to complete persona style matching, full-body image extension and HD portrait rendering. The application does not capture, analyze, or retain any facial characteristics including face shape, eye features, nose features, mouth features and other detailed facial features from your uploaded photos. We do not use any facial recognition technology, do not create facial feature templates, and do not store any data that can identify your facial features or associate your portrait content with personal identity. Veraybs always maintains a zero facial data collection mechanism for all premium subscription users.
Veraybs provides multiple types of Premium Subscription plans, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual optional cycles. The specific valid duration, service price and included exclusive functional privileges of each plan are clearly displayed inside the application on the subscription selection page. Users can independently select the most suitable subscription plan according to personal usage demands, and the subscription service will be activated immediately after the user completes the purchase through the official payment channel supported by the local device.
No account registration or login behavior is required to activate Veraybs Premium Subscription. The subscription qualification is bound to the user's local device instead of any personal account information. Users can access and use all premium functions on the purchased device directly without submitting any personal information. If you replace your device, you can restore the subscribed premium privileges by using the original payment account that completed the purchase, subject to the normal settings of your device payment platform.
We do not collect any facial information during the whole subscription activation and purchase process. The only data related to subscription services is the official payment confirmation information automatically generated by the device payment platform and the local device identification data required for privilege binding. Veraybs does not collect any facial data, facial features or biometric information at any stage of subscription activation, purchase and management, and your facial privacy is fully protected throughout the subscription cycle.
After activating Veraybs Premium Subscription, users can obtain a series of exclusive advanced portrait creation privileges, and the application will continuously optimize and update premium functions to upgrade user experience. The core exclusive premium features include unlimited local full-body portrait generation times, advanced portrait detail optimization, exclusive persona style matching effects, high-priority local generation progress and full access to all built-in persona template resources. All premium functions are dynamically updated and iterated, and subscribed users can automatically obtain new functional privileges without additional payment.
None of the premium features require or collect any facial information. All advanced portrait creation tools and exclusive premium functions rely entirely on local device processing, without extracting, analyzing or retaining any facial data and facial feature information in user uploaded photos and generated portraits. We do not deploy any facial recognition or facial data analysis tools in premium functions, and all facial information only exists in the user's local device space under independent user control. Veraybs never collects any facial information during the use of premium functions.
All Veraybs Premium Subscription plans including weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans are enabled with automatic renewal by default. Users can actively cancel the automatic renewal setting at any time before the current subscription period expires. The automatic renewal operation will be executed on the corresponding date of each subscription cycle, and the service fee will be automatically deducted through the user's bound device payment channel.
Users can modify or cancel the automatic renewal setting independently through the local device payment management page or application subscription setting page. Canceling automatic renewal will not terminate the currently valid subscription service. Users can continue to enjoy all premium functional privileges until the end of the current subscription cycle. No partial-cycle refund service is provided, and no additional fees will be charged after the subscription expires.
The adjustment of subscription renewal settings and the cancellation of subscription services do not involve any facial data processing and collection behaviors. Since Veraybs never collects any user facial information during the whole subscription process, there is no facial data reserved by the application that needs to be deleted or managed after subscription cancellation. All facial information involved in portrait creation is only stored locally on the user's device, and the change of subscription status will not affect user local facial data privacy protection status.
Veraybs Premium Subscription and all supporting advanced functions are only for users' personal non-commercial use. Subscribed users shall not share their subscription privileges with other users, nor use the premium portrait creation functions for commercial behaviors including but not limited to profit-making content production, commercial portrait customization and unauthorized commercial dissemination of generated works. The application reserves the right to restrict premium function access for unauthorized privilege sharing and function misuse behaviors.
Users shall abide by all usage specifications stipulated in the Veraybs User Agreement when using premium functions. Users shall only upload original photos that they own or have legal usage rights, and shall not use premium portrait creation functions to produce inappropriate, harmful or non-compliant content.
The whole process of using premium functions does not require users to provide any facial information actively or passively. Veraybs never takes the initiative to ask for, extract, analyze or store any user facial data, facial features and biometric information. Users can use all premium creation functions with full confidence, and all facial privacy is completely protected without any external collection or leakage risks.
Veraybs reserves the right to optimize and adjust subscription plan content, including but not limited to adjusting subscription cycle options, service prices and included premium functional scope, according to product iteration and service optimization demands. If there are major adjustments to core subscription terms, the application will release in-app notifications in advance before the new terms take effect. Users can choose to continue using the subscription service in accordance with the updated terms or cancel the automatic renewal setting if they do not recognize the adjusted rules.
The application will continuously iterate and update premium functions, add new portrait creation effects and optimize local generation efficiency, and all updated functions will be automatically opened to subscribed users for free to enrich user creation experience.
All subscription plan adjustments and premium function updates will never change the core privacy protection rule of zero facial data collection. Veraybs will never add any functional module for facial data extraction, storage, analysis and transmission. The commitment to not collecting any user facial information is permanent and will not be changed by any product iteration and service adjustment.
Veraybs can update the content of this Subscription Agreement irregularly to adapt to product function upgrades and service rule optimizations. When the agreement content is adjusted, the application will synchronously update the internal agreement display content. For major rule changes that affect user subscription rights, the application will push obvious in-app reminder notifications. Users are advised to check the latest agreement content regularly to grasp the latest subscription service rules.
Any revision and update of this Subscription Agreement will never overturn or modify the core rule of not collecting user facial information. All updated terms will always adhere to the principle of not collecting, storing, processing and transmitting any user facial data, facial features and biometric information, and continuously protect users' facial privacy and local data security.
